Function:

The core function of the vibration motor is to generate excitation force through the centrifugal force produced by the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block. It is widely used in the vibration systems of industrial equipment and mainly realizes the following functions:

1. Provide excitation source: As the core excitation source of vibration machinery, the excitation force can be adjusted continuously by adjusting the angle of the eccentric block, covering an excitation force range of 2.5 - 300 KN.

5. The shaft materials all use the best-performing material in the industry, Xingcheng Daye Steel in Huaian, 40Cr grade. Each batch undergoes tempering tests to ensure the hardness and tensile indicators meet the standards before processing;

6. All products need to undergo vibration table tests before leaving the factory. Real-time data such as temperature, speed, current, voltage, and noise are recorded and documented for future traceability.
